A few years ago, when I was still a passionate runner, I suddenly developed severe back pain. Thinking that these problems were only temporary, I intensified my training. Unfortunately without success. After extensive research, I began targeted strength training and felt a significant improvement. After I had conquered my pain, I developed a sound method from my experience, which eliminates stress pain in the long term.
