From own painful experience I know how valuable a healthy body is for well-being. I help them integrate customized training into your life, reduce stress and gain positive energy for the things that really matter.
Arrange a non-binding initial consultation and together we will go into training motivated, determined and with joy.
There we will discuss your goals and how we can achieve them together. We will then arrange an initial training session, conduct a holistic assessment, and I will then create a training plan customized to your individual needs. I adapt the content and intensity of the training in each session so that you can master your everyday life free of complaints and full of energy. With motivation and a fun approach to exercise, celebrating your successes will become a habit.
